This is a HI impact workout, consisting warm-up, aerobic & toning components.
The class is designed for a range of fitness levels, whether you are a beginner or advanced, you work at your own level because we show both high and low intensity moves to ALL the routines.

A water aerobic workout, done in the pool; h2o is another one of our Total Body Workouts. It consist of an extended warm up, aerobic section, toning exercises & aqua circuit.
The toning section of the class can include aqua weights, woggles & mitts making things just that little bit harder. The choice is yours!
As with all our sessions you will be shown two levels, you choose how hard you want to work!

This session is aimed at those of you who don't want loads of HI impact moves.
There is more squatting travelling and low impact moves in this workout so your workout is just as tough, but less impact.
Our classic circuit training session is for any body who wants a workout without the choreography!
Easy & effective strength and endurance moves are put together to form a multi-level workout. Sports specific work may be added to the class to help raise your fitness level and your agility.
Your instructor sets the pace of the class, but you always workout to your own ability. The motivation and support is always there with a freestyle circuit coach, so if you need any help, just ask!
Freestyle's 'boxing inspired' workout, this circuit class involves boxing moves and techniques to improve all over fitness.
Pads and gloves are used to allow the participants to pair up and practice boxing combos. Consists of a 'dry run' warm-up where you will be taken through all the punches, then you'll be paired to run through the combos.
Cardio sections are incorporated into the class & each week the content will be different, just to keep you on your guard!!
