A water aerobic workout, done in the pool; h2o is another one of our Total Body Workouts. It consist of an extended warm up, aerobic section, toning exercises & aqua circuit.
The toning section of the class can include aqua weights, woggles & mitts making things just that little bit harder. The choice is yours!
As with all our sessions you will be shown two levels, you choose how hard you want to work!
Our classic circuit training session is for any body who wants a workout without the choreography!
Easy & effective strength and endurance moves are put together to form a multi-level workout. Sports specific work may be added to the class to help raise your fitness level and your agility.
Your instructor sets the pace of the class, but you always workout to your own ability. The motivation and support is always there with a freestyle circuit coach, so if you need any help, just ask!
